Rapid is starting-up company in the IT Infrastructure & services business. Our goal is to offer our clients the best solutions to their IT needs and to establish high levels of service to support the distribution of our products.

Rapid is seeking an experienced Sales Professional.

This is the ideal role for a business development focused individual who is a self-starter with a good knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and advisory services.

This is a full-time role based in Tbilisi.

Responsibilities:

  • Account penetration to develop solid business relationships within the various decision-makers and influencers at all levels at each target account you will be assigned. It is key to understand each target customer’s business model, map their organization and identify their unique technology needs;
  • Develop winning  plans and strategies for key opportunities in the Retail & Corporate Market;
  • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations that influence strategy;
  • Develop and manage robust channel partner ecosystem;
  • Engage local vendor field representatives from Cisco, HP, EMC, Lenovo etc. Collaborating on sales efforts and partnerships with target accounts including uncovering new account and new segment opportunities;
  • Coordinate with Rapid’s Field Solution Specialists via joint sales calls and on-site assessments based on customer’s specific needs, ie; Advanced Technology Category penetration and Solution Selling;
  • Manage and direct local  sales team to develop, document and execute account penetration strategies for assigned target accounts.
  • Develop product knowledge and sales skills;
  • Identify new accounts. Position Rapid  solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers' long-term needs;
  • Use quarterly forecasting and pipeline management to manage sales growth;
  • Collaborate on sales strategies, discuss account trends, advise changes within accounts and coordinate quotes and sales opportunities;

To succeed in this role, candidate must be:

  • Driven to exceed targets & expectations;
  • Fluent in English and Russian (advantage);
  • 5+ years experience in IT Infrastructure Sales;
  • Hold high ambition for personal and company success;
  • Charismatic & engaging;
  • Have excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills.

Salary from 1500-2500 GEL + Bonus from Sales
