Marketing Manager

Essential Job Functions:

  • Plan marketing and branding objectives;
  • Expand product solutions and offerings;
  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff;
  • Regularly conduct market researches;
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback;
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets;
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials;
  • Design print ads and publications;
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent;
  • Gather and analyze customer insight;
  • Engage consumers on social media;
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization;
  • Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms;
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Great communicator with at least 2 years of proven and relevant experience;
  • Confident, with excellent presentation skills;
  • A native Georgian with excellent written and spoken English and Russian;
  • Customer oriented, initiative driven and with pleasant personality;
  • Good team player;
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing and promoting products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration;
  • Highly educated in Marketing Field;
  • Preferably experience in working with or in OTAs ( online companies who's websites allow consumers to book various travel related services directly via Internet).

Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task and turn projects around quickly;
  • Effective customer service skills. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction;
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation;
  • Creative problem solving skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • PC skills (advance skills in power point, excel, internet).
