LLC GeoSteel is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Expert in Environmental Issues.
Job Duties:
- expertise in emissions of harmful gases or substances in industry;
- worked previously in Ministry of Environment; or major Environment Consultancy/Advisory company
- can make the necessary reports for submission to Ministry of Environment for analysis and acceptance
- implement the necessary processes/actions required to comply with ISO 14001 and 18001 within a factory workplace
- implement the necessary processes/actions required to comply with national legislation within a factory workplace
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in science, applied technology or engineering disciplines, or equivalent
- Experience in environmental monitoring (e.g. air pollution control), environmental study or equipment maintenance advantageous
- Experience and knowledge in analyzing of environmental data preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Excel VBA programming a plus
- Self-motivated, good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English
