Qualification & Working Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as helpdesk or service desk specialist;
- Basic understanding of Service Catalogue Management;
- Basic understanding of Service Level Management;
- Basic understanding of change management process;
- Experience with the implementing Incident management process based on ITIL V3 IT Service Management Standard is preferable;
- Awareness of ITIL Service Management ready systems and software;
- Proficient English Language is a must.
