Junior IT Service Manager

Requested profile:

  • Understanding of ITIL V3 Service Management Standard and LifeCycle Model.

Qualification & Working Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as helpdesk or service desk specialist;
  • Basic understanding of Service Catalogue Management;
  • Basic understanding of Service Level Management;
  • Basic understanding of change management process;
  • Experience with the implementing Incident management process based on ITIL V3 IT Service Management Standard is preferable;
  • Awareness of ITIL Service Management ready systems and software;
  • Proficient English Language is a must.
